This brace gives instant heat and the massage feels good. The material used is top grade and so is the workmanship. It comes with extra straps so you can use it on your elbow or shoulder. It's rechargeable using the USB charging cable (no 5v1a adapter). This would make a great gift to give to a loved one. I can't find one negative thing to say about this brace and I would recommend it to family and friends.
